2. Refund Eligibility / 2. 退款條件

Refunds are available within 7 days of receipt for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Customized items are non-refundable unless defective.

未使用、無損壞且保持原包裝之商品，在收到商品7日內可申請退款。客製化商品除非有瑕疵，恕不接受退貨。

3. Return Process / 3. 退貨流程

– Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item.
– Provide order number and reason for return.
– Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

– 請於收到商品7日內聯絡客服。
– 提供訂單號碼與退貨原因。
– 除非商品有瑕疵，否則退貨運費由買方負擔。

4. Refund Timeline / 4. 退款時間

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

我們在收到並檢查退回商品後的7–14個工作日內處理退款。退款將退回原付款方式。

5. Order Cancellation / 5. 訂單取消

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.

訂單可於下單後12小時內取消，前提是尚未出貨。一旦出貨，則適用退貨政策。
